Brian Patafie grew up in Greenwood Nova Scotia in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Years later, following his University graduation, he ventured out for the next 44 years working as an athletic trainer in both the professional hockey and the junior hockey industry including a stint with the AHL Moncton Golden Flames from 1984-1987 while working his way to the NHL serving as the athletic trainer for the Calgary Flames in the mid to late 90's.
After retiring in 2021, Brian followed his passion for standup comedy and since then he has been called on to perform in clubs, theatres and casino showrooms all across North America. In October of 2022 he reached what he calls the pinnacle of his new career when he ventured to share his stories on a multi-city, multi-show tour throughout the United Kingdom.
